DIRECTIONS: • 1 Jar Colorado Salsa • 2 Large flour tortillas (burrito size) • 8 oz. package cream cheese • 2 oz. black olives, chopped With a fork, blend cream cheese and olives. Lay a flour tortilla out flat and spread cream cheese mixture evenly on it. Tightly roll up the flour tortilla. With a sharp knife, slice in 1/2" slices. (Each piece should look like a pinwheel.) Lay slices on their sides on a serving plater. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with plenty of Colorado Salsa for dipping. [Serves 4] © 1997-2004, Salsa2U.com |
